Our bagels are made from the grooviest, high-gluten flour, brown sugar, malt, salt, yeast, fruits, nuts, cheeses and spices available. Beatniks bagels are boiled in water (if it’s not boiled first, it’s a biscuit with a hole.. don’t let the short cutters tell you otherwise) as they have been in New York for more than a century. We hope that you dig the subtle differences you’ll see and taste in a Beatniks bagel- crisp crust, moist, chewy insides, beautiful shine, quarter-pound heft and an abundance of expensive ingredients like sesame seeds from the Yucatan Peninsula, minced Walla-Walla onions and sundried tomatoes.
